摘 要:
近年来,我国持续推动产教融合深度发展,以满足日益增长的绿色人才需求,校企协同育人模式引起了广泛关注。本文以绿色工程师的能力图谱构建为研究对象,采用问卷调查、文献研究与深度访谈等多种研究方法,从专业技术能力、绿色创新能力、可持续发展意识等方面进行绿色工程师能力图谱的构建。研究结果表明:绿色工程师的核心能力为绿色理论知识应用能力、绿色创新设计能力、绿色环保意识,这三种能力在校企协同育人模式下得以有效培养。同时,校企协同也为能力图谱的构建提供了有力的指导,使得能力图谱更加贴合实际需要,更具操作性。研究成果能够为我国校企协同育人模式下绿色工程师人才的培养提供指导性参考,也为绿色工程教育发展提供理论支撑。

Abstract:
In recent years, China has continuously promoted the in-depth integration of industry and education to meet the ever-growing demand for green talents, and the university-enterprise collaborative education model has garnered widespread attention. This paper focuses on the construction of the competency atlas for green engineers. By employing multiple research methods, including questionnaire surveys, literature reviews, and in-depth interviews, the competency atlas is constructed from aspects such as professional and technical competencies, green innovation capabilities, and sustainable development awareness. The research findings indicate that the core competencies of green engineers are the ability to apply green theoretical knowledge, green innovation design capability, and green environmental awareness. These three competencies can be effectively cultivated under the university-enterprise collaborative education model. Meanwhile, university-enterprise collaboration also provides robust guidance for the construction of the competency atlas, making it more aligned with practical needs and more operational. The research results can offer instructive references for the cultivation of green engineering talents under China's university-enterprise collaborative education model and provide theoretical support for the development of green engineering education.
