综合护理对肝硬化及肝癌患者介入治疗的效果分析(Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Interventional Therapy for Patients with Cirrhosis and Hepatocellular Carcinoma)
This study aimed to investigate the effect of integrated care interventions in interventional treatment in patients with cirrhosis and liver cancer. A total of 503 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with liver cancer who underwent interventional treatment in the Oncology Department of the Second Hospital of Dalian Medical University from March 2016 to March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into observation group (n=300) and control group (n=203). The observation group used comprehensive nursing intervention, and the control group used usual nursing care. The satisfaction, quality of life scores, and postoperative complication rates before and after the nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. The observation group had significantly higher satisfaction than the control group (P<0.001). The quality of life score of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.001). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.001). The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the interventional treatment of liver cirrhosis and liver cancer can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve the survival rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
