摘 要:
文章基于“润疆爱心夏令营”的实践,探讨小组工作与个案工作协同介入对经历创伤与家庭困境的创伤儿童自我认同重建的影响。研究采用质性为主、量化评估为辅的方法,通过六次结构化小组活动与针对典型个案的深度介入,系统分析该模式的实施过程与成效。研究发现,小组工作所营造的安全“心理场”为儿童提供了普遍的成长支持,而整合认知行为疗法与叙事治疗的个案工作则实现了对深层创伤的精准干预。对营员小艾的深入分析表明,其在自我价值感、人际信任及未来希望感等方面均有显著提升。因此,小组工作与个案工作协同介入在儿童青少年社会工作服务中的有效性,为社会工作介入复杂困境儿童提供了可借鉴的实务路径与理论参考。

Abstract:
Based on the practice of the “Runjiang Summer Camp”,this study explores the impact of the synergistic intervention of group work and case work on the self-identity reconstruction of traumatized children experiencing both trauma and family difficulties. The research adopts a qualitative-dominant,quantitative-assist methodology,systematically analyzing the implementation process and effectiveness of this model through six structured group sessions and in-depth intervention for typical cases. The findings indicate that group work created a safe “psychological field” that provided universal growth support for the children,while casework,which integrated Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy (NT),achieved precise intervention for deep-seated trauma. An in-depth analysis of a specific camper,Xiao Ai,showed significant improvements in self-worth,interpersonal trust,and future hopefulness. Therefore,the study confirms the effectiveness of the synergistic group and casework intervention in social work services for children and adolescents,providing a feasible practice path and theoretical reference for social work in intervening with children facing complex adversity.
