目的：探讨围术期临床护理路径应用于髋部骨折中预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法：研究就诊于2022年3月到2023年3月的66例髋部骨折患者，分组为对照组与研究组各33例，分别应用常规护理和围术期临床护理路径，并对生活质量评分、SDS评分和SAS评分以及并发症情况进行比较。结果：研究组生活质量评分高于对照组，为P<0.05；研究组的SDS评分和SAS评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；并发症情况比对，研究组并发症情况减少，比值为P<0.05。结论：髋部骨折纳入围术期临床护理路径，能对下肢深静脉血栓形成进行预防，可提高患者生活质量。

Abstract：

Objective: To explore the effect of perioperative clinical nursing pathway on prevention of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in patients with hip fracture. Methods: to study the clinic in March 2022 to March 2023, 66 cases of patients with hip fracture, grouped into control group and the team all 33 cases, application of conventional care and perioperative clinical nursing pathway, and the quality of life scores, the scores of SDS and SAS scores and complications were compared. Results: The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The SDS score and SAS score of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the complications, the complications of the study group were reduced, and the ratio was P<0.05. Conclusion Hip fracture included in the perioperative clinical nursing pathway can prevent deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities and improve the quality of life of patients.
