Abstract：

This paper aims to explore the innovation of teaching modes based on information technology and its application effects in practice, analyze how information technology transforms traditional teaching modes, propose innovative teaching strategies, and conduct effect evaluations with actual cases. The study argues that information technology provides rich resources and diversified means for teaching, which can effectively enhance teaching effectiveness and students' learning experience. Through practical explorations, it is verified that teaching modes based on information technology have significant effects in improving students' interest in learning, enhancing their autonomous learning abilities, fostering team collaboration, and promoting innovative capabilities, providing new ideas and directions for educational modernization.
